Manchego Cheese had its origin in Spain, in the region of La Mancha, where it is made from sheep’s milk. In Mexico, the name was adopted although its characteristics make it very different.
Manchego Navarro Cheese is made from 100% fresh, pasteurized cow’s milk. With great versatility of use and high melting capacity, it is one of the favorites in the Mexican market.
Use it for: Snacking, Shredded, Queso Fundido, Chicharron, Fondue
