At Cloc Food we are determined to bring original food products of the best quality, and the local and traditional flavors from Latin America to the UAE.
We are established in Dubai since December 2020.
We offer same-day, next-day, and two-day delivery depending on the time and location of your order:

Same Day Delivery → Orders placed before 12 pm

Dubai: 3–6 pm & 6–9 pm

Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 3–9 pm

Next Day Delivery → Orders placed between 12 pm – 3 pm

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, Ajman, UAQ, Fujairah: 8 am – 12 pm

2-Day Delivery → Orders placed after 3 pm

Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Al Ain, Al Ghadeer: 8 am – 12 pm

We don’t have a physical store, however if you wish to pick up your order, we can arrange it by contacting us on contact@clocfood.com
For orders above AED99.99, the delivery is free of charge anywhere in UAE.
We accept Visa and Mastercard Debit and Credit cards on our website.
We also accept cash on delivery and by payment link to pay with credit or debit card on delivery.
We do accept returns, only if the product has not been opened or damaged. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
