Potato Tacos Dorados is a very popular dish in Mexico that children and adults alike love. You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make them, and you can even make them ahead of time and just heat them up in the oven.

Prepare this classic Mexican appetizer: Golden Potato Tacos with green sauce. It is an easy recipe to cook and very practical for when you do not know what to prepare
Ingredients
(Serves 5 people)

3 Medium Potato Pieces, peeled

20 Pieces Corn Tortillas

1/2 cup corn oil
-
4 teaspoons fresh cream
-
1 Cup Disinfected romaine lettuce, cut into strips

1/3 cup grated panela cheese

Salt
-
Pepper
Instructions

Cook the potatoes with the water in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes after the valve sounds. Take them out of the pot, and mash them. Season with salt and pepper.

Separately, place a little of the previous preparation on each tortilla and roll-up.

Heat the oil and fry the tacos until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper.

Garnish the tacos with lettuce, cream, and cheese.

Add Green Sauce on top to taste.

We recommend serving with bayo refried beans.
