650 grams of Nopales
400 grams of panela cheese, cut into sticks
6 teaspoons of Unsalted Butter
Instructions
Cook the whole nopales in water until they are tender.
Stuff the nopales with panela cheese and roll it up, use a toothpick to hold it. Repeat for each Nopal
In a hot pan add the unsalted butter and sauté the nopales until golden.
Serve hot and with some green salsa.
