Ingredients
(Serves 12)
4 tomatoes, crushed
2 serrano peppers, minced (substitute with jalapeño or green chili bird)
1/2 onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Fresh cilantro, minced
Instructions
Put the tomatoes in a pan, add the chilies. Leave until cooked.
Grind the tomatoes together with the chilies, add the garlic and chopped onion, stir well.
Add a little coriander and stir well with the sauce.
Season to taste and add a drizzle of olive oil.
