In Mexico, they call Sabana de Invierno, a piece of chicken breast that is flattened until it reaches the thickness of a "sheet"(Sabana in Spanish). A traditional, homemade and delicious dish that we are sure everyone in your home will love.
This recipe is cooked with chicken, although in Mexico it is more likely to be served with beef.
Perfect for any day of the week, it is a very complete main course. In addition, its mild green sauce gives it a lot of flavor and that characteristic touch of Mexican recipes.
