Elotes are tender corn cooked in a broth with spices, herbs, and salt. Then, they are covered with lemon juice, mayonnaise, grated cheese, and chili powder. To make this process easier, you can put a wooden stick buried in the bottom so that you can grab it and enjoy it without getting so muddy.

Ingredients
(Serves 1)
Corn Cob (Elotes) as required
Lemon and salt to taste
Mayonnaise
Chili powder to taste
Instructions
Cook the corn in enough water with salt and aromatic herbs. About 30 minutes.
Once cooked, drain the corn from the water and put lemon juice and salt on the whole corn.
Spread the mayonnaise all over the corn and then roll the corn with the cheese. (You may use a wooden stick to make it easier)
Add chili powder on top and enjoy warm.
